We ship live aquarium plants with care to ensure they arrive in healthy condition. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Shipping Schedule

Orders ship Monday through Friday

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST ship the same business day

Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST ship the following business day

We do not ship on weekends or holidays

Free standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage

Optional expedited shipping via UPS 2-Day (available at checkout)
Orders ship from California. Standard shipping may take longer to reach the East Coast. Expedited shipping is recommended for faster delivery or time-sensitive orders.
Weather & Temperature Disclaimer
To reduce the risk of damage, please do not place an order if your local temperatures are below 30°F or above 100°F.
Orders placed during extreme temperature conditions are shipped at the buyer’s risk and may not qualify for refunds or replacements due to weather-related damage.

Live Plant Shipping Notice
Live plants may experience minor cosmetic changes during transit, including temporary leaf curl or color variation. These changes are normal and typically resolve within a few days once placed in an aquarium with proper care.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds.
