Refund policy

Because we sell live aquarium plants, all sales are considered final. Live plants cannot be returned once shipped.

That said, every order is covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that plants arrive alive and in acceptable condition when delivered.

If your plants arrive damaged or dead, you must contact us within 2 hours of opening the package and provide clear photos showing:

  • The plants as received

  • The original packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Requests submitted after the 2-hour window cannot be covered under the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Shipping Conditions & Weather Disclaimer

Plants are shipped Monday–Friday, with same-day shipping for orders placed before 1:00 PM PST.

To ensure safe delivery, please do not order if your local temperatures are below 30°F or above 100°F.
Orders placed during extreme temperatures are shipped at the buyer’s risk and are not eligible for replacement or refund due to weather-related damage.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or UPS carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds once the order has shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Cosmetic Changes

Live plants may show temporary cosmetic changes during shipping, such as:

  • Slight leaf curl

  • Color variation

  • Minor stress

These are normal and typically resolve within a few days of proper care. Cosmetic changes alone do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
